What we collect

Your name, phone number and, where needed for a reading, your date, time and place of birth, plus any details you choose to share about your question.

How we use it

Only to arrange and deliver your consultation or course, to contact you about your booking, and to keep basic records of payments.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal details with anyone, except as required by law.

Site statistics

The website counts visits anonymously (a total, today and how many people are online). We also use Google Tag Manager and Google’s measurement tools to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and from what kind of device. Google may set cookies for this. We do not use this to identify you by name, and we do not sell any data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Chat assistant

The “Ask us” assistant answers from the information on this website. If AI replies are switched on, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to write a reply; we do not store chat messages. Please do not share private details such as birth details or health information in the chat; share them in the booking form instead.
