Rescheduling

You can reschedule a consultation or healing session free of charge by informing us at least 24 hours before the booked time.

Fees for a consultation or session are not refundable once the session has taken place, or if you miss the session without 24 hours' notice.

You may move to a later batch before your batch starts. Course fees are not refundable once the batch has started.

If we cancel or cannot deliver a booked service, you can choose another time or receive a full refund.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.
