Does distance Reiki work?
Distance Reiki is a standard part of Reiki practice from Level 2. You simply rest quietly at the agreed time.
Can Reiki treat an illness?
No. Reiki supports relaxation and wellbeing and complements medical care; it is not a medical treatment.
Can I learn Reiki myself?
Yes: the Reiki course runs from Level 1 (self-healing) to Grandmaster.
